I used to get Sleepytime at the Coles supermarket in Coburg, but lately it’s just not on the shelf.  Besides the dearer Health Food Shop, is there another supermarket selling Sleepytime?  I like a cup every morning!

It’s not just hot, it’s sweltering! Sitting here under the fan, sipping iced water, not much relief. Just have to wait it out. Still, better than being cold!!!!
What do YOU do when it gets just too hot to do anything and you’ve already been to the pool for a swim?
